The Library of Congress is an important web site to public administration students. The web site have different topics about constitutional law and another parts of the law.

In BCN.cl, students can see the different constitutions in our republican history, laws summaries; interviews with the Congress Members, annual re-count respect the parliamentary activities, President and Congress elections dates since the return to democracy and public administration articles.

I visit the web site every time I need to make informs, investigations and other evaluations. Also I visit BCN.cl when I have laws tests and I need understand the history of different laws.

There is a section in BCN.cl called “Public forum” where the people can ask to Congress Members about the different topics or laws, for example, the Transparency Law or sanctions of the penalty code.  This is an interesting section. In this section the Congress members explain the laws and resolved the doubts about the exception that laws. The section is a communications means between citizenship and legislative power, this is very important to find a healthy democracy.
